The quality was organic and praiseworthy, exactly matching the product description and image. It would be unrealistic to expect it to be as sweet as refined sugar for the same quantity, but it delivers the natural sweetness one would expect from mishri. During ordering, the platform showed a 5-day delivery timeline for prepaid orders and 7 days for COD — but despite choosing prepaid, the delivery still took 7–8 days.

One suggestion for the Shudh Online platform: they should improve the way customer addresses appear on parcels. Currently, the platform asks you to select the delivery area first, and then enter the house and apartment details. On the delivery label, however, the area and other details are printed above the apartment and flat number, which is the opposite of the conventional address format. This often creates confusion for delivery personnel, as it takes extra effort to figure out the correct address.
