I'm using this product for my strength improvement and restore energy after workout.. first when i started using this product there is no changes but after 8-10 days of regular use i can feel slight changes in my daily routine.. like decrease of fatigue after workout, more energy for whole day and yes shilajit also helps me to improve my workout session
